This property is rented exclusively for tourist purposes; any other purpose or use is excluded. Upon rental expiry, the termination is automatic without the need to give notice
2.RENT AND OTHER CHARGES
Under these conditions and terms, you confirm that the rent for the tourist use of the property for the dates indicated in the epigraph has already been accepted and agreed by you.
The amount paid as a security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the property. By accepting these conditions and terms you declare that you have already been informed that the owner of the property is authorized to withhold all or part of the sum to cover any
damage to the property that does not originate from its regular use.
4. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
A maximum number of guests are allowed inside the property. By accepting these conditions and terms you declare that you have already been informed of this rule.
Pets are allowed inside the property only if you have the written agreement of the property owner. By accepting these conditions and terms you declare that you have already been informed of this rule.
6. TOURIST TAX
The Council of the municipality in which the property is situated requires payment of the tourist tax for
houses used for tourist purposes. By accepting these conditions and terms you declare that you have
already been informed on the obligation and method of payment
7. IDENTITY DOCUMENT
You and any guests are obliged to issue a copy of the identity document to be able to fulfill the requirements requested by the police headquarters as per art. 109 TULPS (Consolidated Texts of Laws on Public Security) (Royal Decree 773 /1931).
8.1 By collecting the keys you become the custodian of the rented property and undertake to return the property, its furnishings, and all the domestic appliances as described in Annex A in the same condition
in which you have found them. If the damage is found to the property or to the furnishings, as well as breakages or malfunction of the domestic appliances, the property owner, in addition to withholding the deposit, can ask for
compensation for the damage suffered.
8.2 You must dispose of all waste generated during the rental period in a way that is legitimate and in the specific refuse containers.
8.3 You undertake to behave in a way that is appropriate and respectful towards the other residents in the same condominium and not to cause excessive disturbance during overnight rest time.
9. ACCESS RIGHTS
You accept that the owner of the property reserves the right to inspect the premises without prior warning, at any time, to ensure these terms and conditions are complied with.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
Any matters not expressly covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the regulations of the civil code and other regulations on the matter provided for by Italian law. For any dispute related to this rental the court of competent jurisdiction shall be that of the residence of the property
11.VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of violation of one of these articles the rental for tourists, the user shall cease its effects even before the established date and you shall have to vacate the property.
12. PRIOR AGREEMENTS
These terms and conditions do not replace all the preceding agreements and regulations existing which remain valid and effective.
